Float Caregiver-Experience Required-Group Homes /WEEKLY PAY!

Looking for an experienced caregiver that can work all shifts as needed. Need to be flexible and reliable filling in at various locations. Every other weekend is required for this role. Come work for a great small company that offers great benefits!

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance for residents during skills building activities
• Help develop and implement individual treatment plans for residents
• Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene
• Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship
• Update resident case notes on a daily basis
• Experience providing direct care to patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Valid drivers license-good driving record
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate about the care and well-being of others

Required Skills

• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to work various shifts across the group homes
• Flexibility in filing open shifts
• Willing to work every other weekend
