We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our healthcare team in Galloway Twp, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to patients in a home or facility setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff or supervisor.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification required.
• CHHA certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Previous experience as a CNA or CHHA is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
