What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include

• Assisting with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe living environment
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention when appropriate to your training
• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, or other approved activities when required by the assigned case
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition or needs
• Following each client's care plan and agency policies
• Maintaining professional boundaries, client confidentiality, and accurate care documentation

• The ability to follow care instructions and maintain professional boundaries
• A willingness to learn and work with clients who have varying care needs
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as driving may be required for client assignments
• A willingness to complete required background checks, credential verification, and onboarding requirements
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the specific client assignment, with appropriate training and assistance

Previous caregiving experience is welcome! Candidates with a genuine desire to help others are encouraged to apply. Any required Washington State credentials, training, and certifications must be completed or verified as applicable to the position and assignment.
