• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, errand running, and transportation to appointments or social activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including client progress notes and incident reports.
• Collaborate with family members, healthcare teams, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive client care plans are followed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, infection control protocols, and confidentiality regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Valid HHA or CNA certification recognized by relevant licensing authorities.
• Prior experience providing personal care to adults, elderly individuals, or adolescents in private residences or clinical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to assist with personal grooming, mobility, and basic health monitoring.
