HHA/CNA NEEDED

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate HHA/CNA Rockstar Aides to join our home health care team. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate is passionate about caregiving, experienced in working with seniors and individuals with disabilities, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, communicating effectively with clients and their families, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care assistance to clients, including activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence and comfort
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Support senior clients and those with dementia or disabilities by offering tailored care plans
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices in home health care
• Document care provided accurately and report any changes in client condition to supervisory staff
• Build trusting relationships with clients through respectful and empathetic interactions
• Ensure timely transportation for appointments or errands as a fully licensed driver when necessary

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ; a passion for caregiving is essential
• Experience working with seniors, individuals with dementia, or those with disabilities is highly valued
• Must be a fully licensed driver with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to connect effectively with clients and their families
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for clients
• Ability to work independently while following care plans and safety guidelines
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing consistent high-quality care
