About the Role

As our Caregiver Manager, you'll play a vital role in the success of our caregiving team. You'll recruit, train, mentor, and support caregivers while ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care possible. This is a fast-paced leadership position that combines staff development, quality assurance, compliance, scheduling support, and relationship building.

Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll help foster a positive workplace culture, strengthen caregiver engagement, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our agency.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Caregivers

• Welcome, orient, and train new caregivers to set them up for success.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
• Conduct caregiver performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback.
• Complete in-home training and first-shift support when needed.
• Serve as the primary resource for caregivers by providing guidance, encouragement, and problem-solving support.

Support Scheduling & Staffing

• Partner with the Scheduling team to ensure client shifts are consistently staffed.
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and staffing adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate backup coverage for call-offs and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate records of caregiver availability, assignments, and work hours.
