Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care and assistance to clients, including personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, and report any concerns or issues to management
• Collaborate with other caregivers and medical professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Demonstrate a high level of trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions with clients and families

About the Role

As a Home Caregiver with Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences. You will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to be proactive in identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
