Home Daycare Caregiver

```Duties``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in a daycare setting. - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members. - Monitor and supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility. - Assist with potty training and personal hygiene routines. - Administer basic first aid when necessary.

```Experience``` - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting. - Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. - Familiarity with age-appropriate educational materials and resources. - Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Qualified candidates should possess the following skills: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Early childhood education or related field preferred. - Behavior management: Ability to effectively manage behavior in a classroom setting. - First aid: Basic knowledge of first aid procedures for minor injuries or emergencies. - Toddler care: Experience caring for toddlers, including diaper changing, feeding, and naptime routines. - Childhood development: Understanding of child development stages and milestones. - Classroom: Ability to create a structured learning environment in a classroom setting. - Daycare: Knowledge of daycare regulations and best practices. - Experience with children: Previous experience interacting with children of various ages.
