Victory Home Care Agency is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for a client in North Ridgeville, Ohio. If you enjoy making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and helping them remain safe and independent at home, we'd love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor changes in the client's condition and report concerns to the office
• Accompany or assist with daily routines and activities
• Maintain accurate daily documentation
• Follow the client's individualized care plan while preserving their dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• STNA certification is a plus but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• CPR certification preferred
• Must be punctual, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
