BrightStar Care is hiring dependable Caregivers/Home Health Aides to assist clients in their homes throughout the Lubbock area. Help clients with personal care and daily activities while supporting their comfort and independence.

### What You’ll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Report changes in client condition or care needs to the appropriate team member.

### What You’ll Need

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home health aide experience.
• Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow the client's plan of care.
