Home Health Aide/CNA

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to clients in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary.
• Monitor client health by observing changes in condition and reporting concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and needs.

Requirements

• Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is preferred (CNA) but not required.
• CPR and First Aid
• Twelve ours In-services (HIV/AIDS, OSHA, Domestic Violence, Alzheimer's, Assist with self-administration of medications, ect.)
• Liability Insurance
• AHCA (Background Level 2)

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
