Duties

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using patient transfer methods.
• Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, including memory care techniques and managing behavioral challenges compassionately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with laundry, cleaning, meal preparation, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members and office team.
• Drive client to appointments
• Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• Work authorization
• Home Care: 2 years experience (Required)
• References of at least 2 years from in-home clients, of whom you’ve personally cared for /Personal and Agency references will not be accepted/ (required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (no exceptions)
• HHA/CNA/PCA Certification (Preferred, but not required)
