Job Summary

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote dignity and independence.
• Provide companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Document all care activities and communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding client status daily.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED
• Driver license
• Certification in CPR
• Willing to complete online trainings
• able to pass a level 2 background check
• Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in condition or behavior promptly.
• Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans; excellent communication skills for working with clients and healthcare professionals.
