Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide medication reminders
• Assist clients with mobility and safe movement throughout the home
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Prepare meals according to client needs
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Recognize client needs and proactively address concerns within the caregiver's scope of responsibility
• Communicate important updates and changes in client condition or needs to the office
• Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain consistent, high-quality care
• Approach unexpected challenges with sound judgment, initiative, and a solution-focused mindset
• Perform other assigned duties within the caregiver's scope of practice

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous caregiving experience
• Genuine passion for helping others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and emotional maturity
• Dependability, punctuality, and accountability
• Willingness to travel between client locations as needed
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to follow care instructions, recognize concerns, and communicate effectively
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute to team goals
