### Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide, you’ll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. You’ll also provide companionship and emotional support, and for those who are open to it, you’re encouraged to pray with and encourage clients as part of their holistic care.

Your work will be essential in ensuring that our clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes.

### Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role.
• Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable nature.
• Willingness to provide emotional and spiritual encouragement to clients, if desired.

### Salary

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and qualifications.
