Home Health Aide (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)PM Shifts Available

Bright Star Care of Carver & Scott County is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or a Home Health Aide (HHA) to work one on one with our Home Care Clients in the clients own home. Full or Part Time Hours, Day and Evening Shifts are available. Bright Star Care is a locally owned home care agency that services Scott and Carver Counties. As a CNA or HHA you will travel to a person's home to help them in a one on one setting. CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA or other caregivers are welcome to apply.

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-7pm, Every other week. This is an every other week shifts, can find other shifts the other weeks.

Pay: $16-$20 per hour depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing Care Assistance with ADLs: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing and toileting activities.
• Assist client with daily tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping.
• Taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary.

Position Requirements

• Must have caregiving experience in home care or facilities (Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Hospitals, Rehab Facilities).
• Must have a current Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and current insurance.
• Must be able to pass State and Federal Background checks.
• Must be a passionate and reliable caregiver that focuses on quality and the people that we serve.
• Must be able to complete a Tuberculin (TB) and drug test.
• Must be 18 or older and have high school diploma or GED Equivalent.
