Home Health Aide (HHA)/CNA

Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our growing team. As an HHA, you will provide essential care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the nurse or supervisor
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow the care plan and ensure the client’s safety and comfort at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

Schedule

Flexible hours available

Pay

$18–$22 per hour, or if you prefer per visit $26
