Home Health Aide (HHA) – Medicare Skilled Home Health – Per Visit, Flexible Schedule

7 Sky Home Health Care is a Medicare-certified home health agency, and most of our patients live in Detroit and Western Wayne County. We need Home Health Aides to provide personal care for our patients in Detroit, Highland Park, Redford, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Westland, Livonia, Garden City, Inkster, Canton and Taylor. This is a part-time, per-visit (1099) role: you choose how many visits you take and the areas you cover.

What you'll earn: $25 to $35 per visit-hour, paid for each completed, documented visit. Paid every two weeks.

What you'll do: Provide bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene care; assist with safe transfers and walking; follow the plan of care set by the supervising Registered Nurse; report changes in a patient's condition to the clinical team; help with exercises as instructed by therapy staff; and document each visit on time.

What you need: CNA certification or completed home health aide training (required); experience with a Medicare-certified skilled home health agency strongly preferred; valid driver's license and reliable car; a smartphone for visit documentation.

Please note: this is skilled Medicare home health, not private duty or companion care. Candidates whose experience is mainly private duty or non-medical home care may not meet the requirements.
