Home Health Aide (HHA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and support services to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (required, if applicable by state regulations).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet agency requirements.
