• Job Title: Skilled Home Health Aide (HHA), Caregiver, CNA.
• Duties: Assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming), light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, vital sign monitoring, companionship, transportation.
• Skills: Active listening, service orientation, social perceptiveness, empathy, reliability.
• Requirements: State-approved training/certification (HHA/CNA), background checks, valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance by attending to their basic ADL's needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Assist clients take prescribed medication
• Assist with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Complete client’s shopping or accompanies them to successfully do so
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary
• Communicates on a weekly basis or more often as necessary with the supervisor.
