Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced HHA/PCA to join our team in Deer Park, Suffolk. As a HHA/PCA, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to our clients, while also assisting with daily living activities. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, to clients in their homes
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
• Travel to client homes, preparing for and adapting to diverse settings and circumstances
• Work collaboratively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams

Requirements

• Willingness to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
• Interest in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs
