Position Summary

The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care and supportive services that help clients maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility support
• Assist with repositioning and pressure relief measures
• Assist with range of motion exercises as directed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
