Home Health Aide (HHA) – Private Pay | Ongoing Opportunities

Moravia Health Network is looking for reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs)/CNA to join our private-pay caregiver team serving the surrounding communities in Missouri.

This is a job opportunity to provide care for a couple in their home.

• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 5 hours per day.
• Pay rate: $20.00 hourly
• Mobility: Both patients are able to walk independently. Experience with dementia patients.
• Main responsibilities: Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Location: Springfield, MO, 65810

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with errands as needed
• Follow the client’s care plan and communicate concerns to the care team
• Provide dependable and professional care

What We’re Looking For

• Current HHA, CNA, or equivalent caregiving experience
• Reliable and dependable
• Compassionate and patient
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must be able to pass required background and employment screenings
