Position Summary

We are seeking reliable, caring and dedicated caregivers/Home Health Aides to join our team. In this role, you will provide daily support to residents, assist with personal care, help withe meals and activities, and ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide compassion and emotional support.
• Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding when necessary.
• light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to supervisors.
• Support medication reminders or administration (if qualified).
• Help organize and encourage participation in activities.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus (TMA certification required for medication administration).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check and provide professional references.

Schedule & Pay

• Flexible shifts (day, evening, overnight, weekends).
• Pay rage: $17-$20/hour, depending on experience and certification.
