Comfort Keepers is hiring a caring, dependable, and personable In-Home Caregiver to provide one-on-one companionship and personalized support to a senior client in the St. Paul area.

If you enjoy connecting with others, sharing conversations, and keeping someone company throughout the day, this could be a great opportunity for you! We're looking for someone with a warm personality, a positive attitude, and the initiative to help make each day meaningful and engaging.

In this role, you'll provide friendly companionship, assist with light housekeeping, and encourage daily activities while helping the client maintain independence, comfort, and a fulfilling routine at home.

### Current Openings

• Every other Sun 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Overnight shift – Mon or Tue

### What We're Looking For

• Warm, friendly, and patient
• Reliable and committed to a consistent schedule
• Enjoys interacting with seniors
• Takes initiative and stays engaged
• Comfortable with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Able to support an older adult with some memory/cognitive challenges
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

Scholarship Support for Career Growth

Comfort Keepers is pleased to offer eligible direct-care employees access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program.

Eligible team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training, providing an opportunity to build skills and advance within the home and community-based care field.

Employees must work in a direct-care position for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.
