Home Health Aide

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide quality, non-medical assistance to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and promoting clients’ independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Offer companionship and support with daily routines.
• Observe and promptly report changes in clients’ conditions or well-being.
• Follow assigned care plans and maintain client confidentiality.
• Treat all clients with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Language English proficiency required; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience required.
• Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
