Job Description

We are seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team! Positions available are part time. Must be flexible. Available shifts during the week are days 8am - 5pm, 5pm - 10pm and Overnight. Saturday and Sunday shifts are 9am-5pm, 5pm-10pm, and Overnight. Looking for 1-2 days per week and an occasional weekend shift.

As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes that have developmental and/or physical disabilities in accordance with an established care plan. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.

Responsibilities - Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders - Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals - Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals - Assist with light housekeeping tasks - Follow care plans and document provided services

Transportation as needed
Assist individuals with mobility and exercises as needed

- We serve Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana Counties

Skills - Proven working experience as home health aide or other related field

- Positive and patient demeanor

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Willing to train in CPR/First Aid/AED and using a Hoyer Lift - Experience in providing compassionate care to individuals in need - Hard working and able to follow directions - Familiarity with handling personal information accurately and confidentially
