Our Santa Fe homecare team is growing, and we're looking for a warm, dependable caregiver to help local seniors and individuals with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love. #### What You'll Do

Help clients with daily essentials — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and more — with patience and respect

• Keep an eye on vital signs and health changes, and speak up when something needs attention
• Support medication reminders and keep accurate, compliant documentation
• Assist safely with transfers using Hoyer lifts, transfer belts, and proper technique
• Be a friendly, comforting presence — many of our clients look forward to your visit all day
• Help out with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep to keep home life running smoothly
• Document care with care, following home health regulations

#### What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or in assisted living/elder care preferred
• Background in dementia care, developmental disabilities, or geriatric care is a big plus
• Comfort with medical terminology, catheter care, or endoflife care is helpful (not required to start)
• A good communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, given our community
