Home Health Aide

As an HHA, you will assist clients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while ensuring dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Maintain accurate daily care notes
• Communicate patient needs to nursing supervisors

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts HHA certification
• Previous home care experience preferred
• Compassionate bedside manner
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
