Home Health Aide (Rockville-Gaithersburg/$20)

Certified Nursing Assistants needed in/around Gaithersburg and Rockville, MD! Sign-on/Retention Bonus of $500! Home Care Partners is a nonprofit home care agency serving the Washington, D.C., area. We are seeking loyal, patient and enthusiastic Certified Nursing Assistants to serve our Montgomery County clients! We offer flexible work hours with both full and part time schedules. Sign on/Retention bonus ($500) will be paid in two installments to all new aides.

About the Job

• Competitive Pay - A starting salary of $20/hour
• Flexible Work Hours - Part Time schedules available. Most CNAs will have multiple clients and usually serve two or three clients per day. Travel time between assignments is paid.
• Benefits/Insurance - Anyone working an average of 20 hrs/week is eligible for paid leave, agency subsidized health insurance, retirement plan, medical/dental/life and other insurance options.

Job Requirements

• License - An active, unexpired license is needed for all applicant
• To work in Maryland: Certified Nursing Assistant License (CNA)
• Travel - Ability to travel within/between Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Germantown to multiple clients per day. Car to drive to clients required. Aides are reimbursed 72 cents/mile between clients and paid at least 30 min of travel time at their hourly rate.
• Availability - Must be available to accept assignments on Weekdays. Assignments are between 2-4 hours on a flexible basis between 8am and 6pm. Most CNAs will have two to three assignments per day on a regular schedule. Aides are paid for travel time between clients. (Home Care Partners does NOT schedule for nights or weekends).

Ability to use own smartphone for electronic shift clock-in is a plus
