We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and organized Home Health Aide who also has strong office and administrative skills. This unique role combines providing quality in-home care with assisting in day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

Home Health Aide Duties

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Prepare meals and provide companionship.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
  • Document care provided accurately and promptly.

OfficeAdministrative Duties

  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule client appointments and staff assignments.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support office staff with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification and/or CNA License
  • Previous home care experience preferred. (comfortable with all aspects of care)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
