Home Health Caregiver- Per Diem

Responsibilities: - Provide in-home care and support to individuals with special needs - Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences - Maintain a clean and organized living environment - Keep track of medical records and documentation - Follow established care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties

Requirements: - Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or similar role is preferred - Knowledge of special needs care practices and techniques - Ability to prepare nutritious meals and accommodate dietary restrictions - Strong organizational skills to maintain medical records and documentation - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals with special needs and their families - Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide quality care and support

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
