Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care settings and be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring resident rights are upheld, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment for those with varying needs.

Duties

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Support clients in light housekeeping.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by maintaining a clean and organized living space..
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.

Requirements

• Experience in home care or nursing home settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rights and advocacy practices is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Basic understanding of vital signs monitoring is beneficial.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
