We are seeking a reliable Caregiver / Homemaker to deliver vital, non-medical in-home support to seniors and individuals living with dementia. If you are patient, respectful, and committed to making a meaningful difference through one-on-one care, we invite you to join our supportive, family-oriented team.Schedule This position offers a structured split-shift schedule totaling 25 hours per week:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Companion Care: Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Personal Care Assistance: Aid with light personal care routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Homemaking & Meal Prep: Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, organizing) and prepare nutritious meals.
• Health & Safety Support: Provide timely medication reminders and maintain a safe, clean living environment.
• Mobility & Transportation: Support daily routines to promote independence, and escort or transport clients to errands and appointments.

Position Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Documentation: Valid Driver’s License or State ID (Required).
• Health & Screening: Current negative TB test result and ability to pass a comprehensive background check (Required).
• Professional Traits: Exceptional communication, dependability, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and comfortable with periods of standing, walking, and light physical activity.
• Experience: Prior caregiving or homemaking experience is preferred.
