Location

* Patient Service Area: Oakland County - homes, assisted living facilities, and independent senior living communities within Oakland County. This position requires daily travel within the service area to provide care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes

+ * Home Office: Bingham Farms, MI

Schedule

• Full-time Day Shift
• Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p With Weekend On-Call Rotation

Required Qualification

• Completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
• Sixteen hours of classroom must be completed prior to a mandatory 16 hours of practical training
• Must hold current certification as a nurse aide and be in good standing on the state nurse aide registry
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid automobile insurance coverage

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience as a Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant
