Hospice Aide

The Team at Emerald Hospice is growing! Emerald Hospice is currently seeking a full time Certified Home Health Aide for our greater Oklahoma service area. Our hospice aides will provide personal care, supportive services, and light household duties in a plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse Case Manager in conjunction with the IDT. You will communicate and track changes to reflect assigned duties set by the RN while working with the Interdisciplinary Team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Oklahoma CNA or CHHA license
• Minimum of one year of Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include some evenings and weekends as needed

Education
