Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) for hospice patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Offer support with basic care tasks such as feeding, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Follow care plans under the direction of a registered nurse or physician.

Requirements

• Current STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) certification required.
• Previous hospice or home health care experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

This is a full-time position.
