We are seeking an as needed Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a Hospice Heart, someone who is independent, compassionate, and emotionally supportive, ready to deliver the highest level of care to our patients and their families during their most vulnerable time.

General Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing (shower/bed bath), dressing, oral care, and other activities as part of the individualized Plan of Care.
• Assist with bed transfers and ambulation activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Offer emotional support and compassionate care to both the patient and their loved ones.
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Active CNA License in the State of Nevada.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• At least one year of CNA experience (preferred in oncology, med-surg, hospice, or home care).
• Daily travel to patients' homes and facilities.
• Adherence to Nevada State Board of Nursing and federal regulations.
