Hospice Field CNA

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands‑on care for patients in their homes throughout Broward County. What you'll Do

As a CNA on our hospice team, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction
