Job Summary

Provide attentive in-home senior care during a 12-hour shift, supporting a client with dementia through daily care and meaningful activities. The role calls for a compassionate, patient approach, sound home-care skills, and safe patient transfer methods. Duties

• Provide respectful, attentive senior care in the client’s home.
• Support the client with dementia using patience and reassurance.
• Plan or participate in activities suited to the client.
• Assist with patient transfers using safe methods.
• Offer companionship and encourage engagement throughout the shift.
• Observe the client’s needs and respond with care.

Skills
