In Home Caregiver - 21 hrs per week(12p-4pm Mon-Fri)

Overview: Our team is growing!! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join us as an In-Home Caregivers in the Indianapolis area.

As an In Home Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding role that allows you to build meaningful relationships with clients and help them maintain their independence.

Duties: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management - Prepare meals and assist with feeding - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up - Accompany clients to appointments and outings - Engage in conversation and provide companionship to alleviate loneliness - Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Excellent communication skills - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
