<Responsibilities>

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to maintain a clean and comfortable home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being.
• Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals promptly.
• Follow care plans accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality and respecting client preferences.
• Maintain detailed documentation of services provided, including care logs and incident reports.

• Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Ability to follow detailed care instructions and adapt to changing needs.
• Prior experience in home health care or personal caregiving preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures, medication management, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with common medical conditions such as geriatrics, post-acute care needs, or chronic illnesses.
