Job Summary

As a caregiver with Absolute Caregiving LLC, you'll assist clients with daily activities in the comfort of their homes. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has a flexible schedule, and is seeking meaningful work in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs for appointments or social activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
• Follow client care plans as directed by the agency
• Document care activities and report any changes in client conditions

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to client-centered care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• CPR and TB test preferred or willing to obtain
