Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Companionship: Build strong, supportive relationships and provide continuous emotional support.
• Meal Prep & Nutrition: Plan and prepare healthy meals (and assist with feeding when needed).
• Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, comfortable home environment (tidy up, laundry, light cleaning).
• Medication & Condition Monitoring: Assist with medication reminders and report changes in client health.
• Transportation: Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, or local outings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License & Active Auto Insurance (Required)
• Reliable Transportation / Vehicle to travel to client homes in the local area (Required)
• Background Check: Ability to pass a background check upon hire.
• Caregiver / PCA Experience is preferred, but not required—passion and reliability matter most!
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable demeanor with strong communication skills.

Work Location & Details

• Position Type: Homecare field position (client locations vary based on case assignments in the Westerville and surrounding areas).
• Local Office: Westerville, OH.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
