As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Medication Reminders
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Assist in shopping & or Errands in the community
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs and progress.

Skills

• Experience or knowledge in geriatrics to understand the unique needs of elderly clients.
• Background in emergency medicine or inpatient care to respond effectively to urgent situations.
• Ability to work with one-on-one clients within the home setting while maintaining a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Strong communication skills to foster relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
