Job Description

CCA Home Care is currently adding experienced and compassionate caregivers to our Home Care Registry. We’re adding caregivers for the following roles:

• Companion Caregivers
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Certified Medication Aides (CMAs)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meals
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience (6 months experience in homecare or facility setting required)
• CNA or CMA certification (preferred but not required)
• Professional liability insurance (required before starting; approx. $68–$115/year)
• Ability to provide a 5-year work history
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Government-issued photo ID
• Access to a smartphone (for mobile caregiver features)
• Good verbal communication skills
