Location: Somerset Wis

Rate: $ 275/per day

A Compassionate, dependable companion is needed for a respite position providing support, companionship, and assistance with daily activities in personal home.

Responsibilities Include

· spending time together watching YouTube, playing games, and enjoying outings in the community

· Provide companionship and support with daily activities

· Assisting with meal preparation when needed

· Supporting communication and adapting to change slowly and talking through them first

· Encouraging a relaxed, positive environment without pressure or judgement

Ideal Candidate

· Must be reliable, patient, open-minded and have dependable transportation.

· A background in supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus

· Must have a non-judgmental, go-with-the-flow attitude and be comfortable adjusting to new routines.

· Understands the importance of respectful communication, patience, and allowing activities to happen naturally without pushing.

· Comfortable in a home with a cat.

The ideal companion is someone who values flexibilities, understanding, and genuine connection, and who can provide a supportive presence while respecting individual needs, preferences, and boundaries.

Pay: $275.00 per day
