Tailored in Grace Home Care is a new, locally owned home care agency serving Monroe County and surrounding communities. We’re looking for compassionate caregivers who want more than just another job—we’re looking for someone who wants to help build a culture centered on dignity, respect, and personalized care.

Founding Team Opportunity

We’re currently hiring one of our first caregivers to join our founding team. As an early team member, you’ll have a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, values, and standard of care at Tailored in Grace Home Care. We believe great caregivers deserve to be recognized, supported, and given opportunities to grow alongside the agency.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition
• Complete accurate daily documentation
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
