WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities according to their individual care plans.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Provide reminders for self-administered medications.
• Communicate with our local care management team to support each client's needs.
