Female Caregiver / Companion for Adult with Special Needs (Part-Time)

Location

Naperville, IL Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (3 days/week) Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (12 hours per week)

About the Position

Home Care Companion, LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient female caregiver to provide non-medical support for an adult with special needs. We are looking for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and provide companionship
• Drive and accompany the client to doctor's appointments
• Run errands and grocery shop
• Prepare simple, healthy meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with laundry
• Encourage social engagement and independence
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

Qualifications

• Female caregiver required due to the client's personal care preferences.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and punctual
• Previous caregiving or experience supporting individuals with special needs is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
